Accommodation
:A camp in Himachal Pradesh with modern amenities, spread over about 30 acres of land comprising of over 100 residences for Expatriate and Indian Officers alongwith an Office Complex for about 60 Officers, a Hospital, a School, a Canteen and a Guest House. Responsible for the repair-maintenance, upkeep of the entire camp within the projected monetary forecasts.
Running a fully mechanized Laundry with a rotation of about 500 clothes per day on automatic machines.
Running a fully computerized store with a turnover of about Rs.15 lacs per month and a departmental store of International standard selling Indian and Imported goods with a turnover of about Rs.10 lacs per month. Also responsible for its profitability and functioning like location of suppliers, ordering, storing, maintaining buffer stocks, Inventory controls by means of AS 400 computers, importing goods from Italy etc.
Travel arrangements of expatriates from site to New Delhi and further upto their hometowns in Europe. This includes transportation from site to New Delhi by car/train, their hotel stay in New Delhi / Europe, arranging air tickets from New Delhi to Europe and return to site. I am also responsible for making sightseeing arrangements for the expatriates and their families within India.
